This patio scene with the terra cotta pots brimming with flowers just had to be recreated in a quilt!

The background is pieced with fabric snippets for accents.  A few of the flower pots are emphasized by stuffing them so they “pop” out of the quilt. There are many individual flower petals appliquéd within the potted plants to give them more emphasis.  Commercial cotton fabrics comprise this quilt.
